Product Returns - Right of Withdrawal
If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for personal use then you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal is valid as long as the product is in its original condition and the return is made with your own means and costs within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (either you return it or you send it by a carrier). Once the return is approved, we will refund you in full the price you paid for the specific purchase, in the same way you paid it.
Terms and conditions for exercising the right of Withdrawal
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product so that it is considered timely and does not need any additional justification from you.
In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, a condition for the return is that the product is in its original condition, that the packaging is intact and that all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials are included.
In case the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from its purchase free of charge. The return of the product, in this case, can be done only if the product is in its original condition and with full original packaging.
Shipping costs: the return for the specific cases is made at our cost with the basic condition that you have previously contacted our store.
